Pay: Base plus commission
- $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do:
Hit the ground running. As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be the community face of our mission, connecting with healthcare professionals, elder law attorneys, senior living communities, and more, including families to grow awareness and drive new client admissions.
You'll be responsible for
- Developing new and strengthening established key referral relationships through a proven 4-stage sales process.
- Growing brand visibility through community outreach, events, social media, and education.
- Driving new client admissions and revenue growth in your assigned territory.
- Fielding and responding to referral inquiries immediately
- Perform in-home assessments, execute client start agreements
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align strategy and results.

Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in outside sales or business development (healthcare preferred).
- Self-starter who thrives in the field — confident, organized, and motivated by results.
- Natural relationship builder with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Driven by purpose and aligned with our values of Awareness, Accountability, and Urgency.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel 80-90% of the time.
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM, email, social media, Google documents/microsoft Office
