Hiring Package:
$260,000 - $275,000 base salary range
25,000 annual productivity bonus potential
25,000 sign on bonus
10,000 moving/office expense stipend
PTO: 25 days year 1; increasing to 40 days maximum
Schedule/Practice Details:
Equal call schedule, every 4 weeks ( /- given pod size)
Each pod covers 2-3 hospitals and 4-5 dialysis centers
