NTKDA is excited to add three nephrologists to their team for retirement successions.
Hiring Package Details:
- Competitive base salary
- Comprehensive benefits, including 401k with 3% employer contribution
- 4 weeks PTO (increases to 6 weeks after year 2)

- Quarterly productivity bonuses
- CME annual allowance $2500

Schedule Details:
- Create your own schedule, prioritizing patient care and flexible work-life balance
- Pod model - 3-4 physicians per pod to minimize travel
- 1:4 or 1:3 weekend call (dependent upon your pod)
- Typical week consists of: office clinics, 2-4 dialysis shifts, cover assigned acute hospital
- Immediate patient base in a thriving community.
Practice Details:
- One of the largest nephrology practices in the North Dallas area
- Well-respected group of collaborative physicians who provide support and mentorship to new nephrologists
- Office locations & practice areas are in safe, diverse, coveted suburbs of North Dallas
Ideal Candidate:
- Motivated, compassionate physician
- BC/BE in nephrology
- Full medical license in Texas
