Renal Associates, P.A. (RAPA) is actively seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join its growing practice in Eagle Pass, Texas. This position is ideal for physicians completing fellowship training and is specifically designed for J-1 waiver candidates seeking a supportive practice environment with long-term growth potential.
This opportunity offers a starting base salary of $239,200 with additional paid call coverage and full support for waiver and immigration-related legal expenses.

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary of $239,200

Practice Details

Four full clinic days per week at the Eagle Pass clinic location

Monday-Friday hospital rounding responsibilities

Dialysis rounding responsibilities with Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) and U.S. Renal Care facilities

Inpatient coverage at Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center and Val Verde Regional Medical Center

Diverse mix of outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis care
Visa Sponsorship

Ideal start timeframe: Late Summer to Early Fall 2027
