Panoramic Science, the clinical research division of Panoramic Health, is expanding access to clinical research by bringing trials directly into real-world nephrology care. Panoramic Science provides pharma sponsors and CROs with a scalable, centralized clinical research network across the cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic (CVRM) spectrum. The organization leverages a nationwide network of physicians, research sites, longitudinal patient relationships, and technology-enabled patient identification to accelerate clinical trial enrollment and improve research outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Director, Patient Recruitment to lead and scale patient recruitment and enrollment strategy across the Panoramic Science research network.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a clinical research professional who understands that successful recruitment goes beyond traditional site-level outreach. You will optimize how patients are identified, flagged, referred, screened, and ultimately enrolled—leveraging EMR data, CTMS platforms, AI-enabled tools, centralized chart review, direct-to-patient strategies, and physician referral networks to build a high-performing enrollment engine across multiple research sites.

Reporting directly to the President of Panoramic Science, the Director will lead the Enrollment Coordinator team and offshore chart review team while partnering closely with Site Operations, Regulatory Affairs & QA, Data Science, Business Development, and other Panoramic Health leaders.

Panoramic Science was launched to meet the growing demand for nephrology-focused clinical trials and real-world data partnerships. Its model combines community-based research sites with existing physician-patient relationships and centralized infrastructure to accelerate study enrollment and retention. The network currently includes 20 active clinical research sites across the country and is supported by a substantial longitudinal patient population across CVRM conditions.

This role offers the opportunity to help shape how a rapidly growing clinical research network identifies and converts eligible patients into clinical trial participants at scale.

What You'll Do

Network Recruitment & Enrollment Strategy

• Drive enrollment performance across the Panoramic Science site network by optimizing patient identification, patient flagging, and referral-to-screening workflows.
• Develop and standardize scalable recruitment and enrollment processes across sites and studies.
• Leverage AI, EMR, CTMS, and other technology platforms to improve patient identification and recruitment efficiency.
• Partner with site and study teams to identify enrollment barriers and implement solutions to accelerate recruitment.
• Maintain a network-wide view of enrollment performance, trends, risks, and opportunities against study projections.
• Identify study-specific enrollment risks and lead mitigation strategies in collaboration with site and study leadership.

Team Leadership

• Directly supervise and develop the Enrollment Coordinator team, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, accountability, and performance management.
• Lead the offshore chart review team, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent chart review and patient flagging activities.
• Establish performance expectations, KPIs, workflows, and quality standards that drive consistent recruitment execution across the network.

Innovation & Growth

• Design and deploy innovative direct-to-patient recruitment strategies to expand the pipeline of qualified research participants.
• Develop scalable workflows for receiving, vetting, triaging, and converting external patient referrals into clinical trial participants.
• Build and manage relationships with local specialists and referring providers to generate qualified patient referrals.
• Identify opportunities to improve the patient recruitment experience while increasing conversion from identification through enrollment.
• Proactively evaluate people, process, and technology solutions that can improve recruitment performance and service excellence.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Site Operations, Regulatory Affairs & QA, Data Science, Business Development, and other Panoramic Health leaders to execute strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Translate network-level enrollment data and trends into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization of recruitment processes across the Panoramic Science network.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in clinical research operations, site management, patient recruitment, enrollment management, or a related clinical research discipline preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of clinical research protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives in a clinical research environment.
• Experience working across multiple large-scale clinical trials and/or multi-site research networks.
• Experience within cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic (CVRM) therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute patient recruitment and enrollment strategies at scale.
• Experience using CTMS, eSource, eRegulatory/eReg, EMR/EHR, and patient identification or recruitment technologies.
• Experience with implementation, optimization, and standardization of clinical research technology and workflows strongly preferred.
• High degree of computer literacy, including strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and enrollment/data reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recruitment strategies and communicate performance, risks, and recommendations effectively to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while remaining close to day-to-day execution.
