Panorama's Aquatic and Fitness Center is searching for a qualified Lifeguard to fill a part-time and temporary role! This position will work approximately 16-20 hours per week.
This is a great opportunity to be part of team involved in protecting the safety and well-being of each Panorama resident while providing courteous, friendly and professional assistance. Our lifeguards maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Protect the safety of Panorama residents and guest by using the Ellis or American Red Cross Lifeguarding guidelines
- Apply all rules and regulations consistently
- Coordinate emergency procedures and/or provide First Aid and CPR in emergency situations
- Maintain positive relations and rapport with residents
- Perform general maintenance/custodial functions as required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- CPR and AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid required.
- Current Ellis or American Red Cross Shallow Water Lifeguard Training Certification required
- Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness.
- Must be observant, safety conscious and able to react calmly and quickly in an emergency
