Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Perform basic repairs to address structural or cosmetic issues to enhance property appearance, while ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections completed, and parts used for compliance and reporting purposes
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams
- Electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits and using diagnostic tools
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with the team and Board of Directors
- Knowledge of basic painting techniques for interior and exterior touch ups
