The Position:
The front desk lead supports daily front desk operations, including answering calls, assisting visitors, mentoring staff, and completing administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping. They help ensure excellent customer service, assist with resolving complex inquiries, and maintain the professional appearance and organization of the reception area.
Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor new and existing front desk staff.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure minimal registration errors.
- Monitor daily collections by reviewing analytical reports.
- Help facilitate pre-shift meetings and team discussions.
- Greeting visitors and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or by email.?
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals.?
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.?
- Handle complex customer complaints or issues and resolve them promptly.?
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.?
- Manage daily front desk operations.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office files accurately.
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Manage various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments or reservations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Process payments and ensure all front desk members are collecting fees and balances appropriately.
Requirements
Who You Are
- High school diploma or GED
- Medical front desk experience
- Excellent computer skills
- EHR experience

- Has a primary work location at 13772 Denver W Pkwy #100, Lakewood, CO 80401
- This is a Full-Time Position.
- Compensation for this role will be $21-$23 an hour based on experience.
