What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Operations Intern position at PANO Marketing?
We’re hiring a Marketing & Operations Intern at PANO Marketing in Wichita, KS.
This is not a “grab coffee and sit in the corner” internship.
This is a chance to get real, hands-on experience supporting active client work, learning how a marketing agency actually operates, and building skills that translate directly into a career.
What this role looks like:
- Part-time (10–12 hours/week)
- In-office each Monday (required)
- Flexible remote hours throughout the rest of the week
- Starting ASAP
- $15/hour
- Opportunity to continue into a part-time or full-time role in the fall
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting project and task management across active client work
- Taking meeting notes and helping track follow-ups
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination
- Providing internal team and administrative support
- Jumping in on light marketing tasks as needed
