The Role Pano AI is looking for an experienced IT Contractor to lead desktop support operations and ensure a reliable, secure, and seamless technology experience for employees. This role focuses on delivering outstanding end-user support, maintaining device compliance, and keeping our IT environment running efficiently across a distributed workforce.What you'll doServe as the primary point of contact for all desktop support needs across Mac and Windows devices.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and effectively.Manage device onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes through MDM (e.g., JumpCloud).Maintain compliance with IT security standards — including patching, endpoint protection, and asset tracking.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and system improvements.Document and continuously improve support processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.What you'll bring3 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting, Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, and MDM systems.Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to support a remote, fast-paced team.Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance requirements is a plus.Pano is an equal opportunity employer committed to recruiting and supporting our team-members regardless of where they come from.
