Accountant

Pannos Marketing is looking for a detail-driven and dependable Full-Time Accountant to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate records, managing transactions, and supporting our accounting processes—all while working in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Process payroll and maintain related records
• Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Prepare documentation for accountants and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal standards
• Organize and maintain digital and paper financial files
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve payment inquiries or discrepancies
• Provide front desk coverage when the Office Administrator is out of the office, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing general office inquiries

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related financial role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Function Point is a plus
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
