What are the responsibilities and job description for the GROUNDMAN position at PANNELL CONTRACTING LLC?
- 0-12 months of experience as a groundman
- Basic knowledge of equipment used on job site
- Capable of safely operating chipper and chainsaws on the ground
- Keeps work area clear of debris, cleans up limbs and branches, and rakes and/or uses blower to clear the work site
- Ability to inspect and maintain assigned equipment
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as required
- Physical fitness capabilities to endure the demands of strenuous labor in a variety of outdoor conditions
- Drug free and able to pass a drug screening test
- Possess a ready-to-work attitude with the desire to learn and excel in the job
