PanIQ Room — a popular escape room company originally from Hungary — is looking for a talented and experienced Craft Bartender to join our Houston team! With locations from Los Angeles to New York, we’ve built a reputation for delivering fun, creative, and high-quality experiences. Now we’re bringing that same energy to our bar, and we want someone who can match it behind the counter.

About the Role
As a Craft Bartender, you’ll create and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine for our guests before and after their escape room adventures. You’ll bring professionalism, creativity, and energy to every shift, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
Schedule:
- Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- 15–25 hours per week (hours may vary depending on reservations and events)
What We’re Looking For
- Craft bartending experience required
- TABC certification required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Friendly, confident, and energetic personality
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Creative flair for cocktails and presentation
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Team player who can also work independently
- Basic computer/iPad POS skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly, engaging service to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar throughout each shift
- Restock and manage bar inventory
- Follow all alcohol service and safety regulations
- Assist with light cleaning in shared spaces as needed
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
