Game Master Job/Game Host Description:
PanIQ Escape Room & Lounge is seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and experienced individuals for the Game Master and Game Host positions for our closing shifts.
Ideal candidates are reliable, focused, and able to multitask. We are seeking individuals that have a passion for Escape Rooms! Technical abilities and/or Gaming experience is a plus!
Sample Job Duties:
Energizing and Motivating Guests. Ensures every guest has a fun and friendly experience. Understanding of escape rooms to assist guests as needed with hints throughout the game.
Ability to multi-task and watch over several rooms at once to ensure the guests enjoy their experience. Start and stop games as needed. Reset games and clean rooms between bookings. Check groups in upon arrival and make reservations when needed. Host groups into and out of their escape room experience. Maintain communication with sales hosts, bartenders, management, and guests to ensure that the reservations flow smoothly and the customer journey is followed. Your job will be to ensure that everyone involved in the event is having a fun and memorable experience at PanIQ Escape Room!
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with all guests and team members
- Must have excellent problem solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have an ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with all guests and team members
- Must have reliable computer/phone/tablet skills with good organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to work closing shifts: Sunday-Thursday 4:30pm-10:30pm / Friday-Saturday 5:30pm-1:30am
