Role Description The Kitchen Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Honolulu, HI, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role includes supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff, managing schedules, supporting hiring and onboarding, and maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
