Experienced Barista

Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii at Woodmen is looking for an afternoon part time member to Join our amazing team in Colorado Springs at our Woodmen, Drive thru location.
Established in 1989, Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii takes pride in sharing and bringing the Aloha Spirit to the Colorado Springs area. We serve only premium coffee because of the distinct taste that comes from using the best premium beans and right roasting formula to bring out the peak flavor. PAY RATE: $13.00 an hour and up (depending on experience and position) Tips. Tips range between 4.00 per hour to 8.00 per hour depending on shift. Full or part time positions available.

Positions available: Experienced Barista All staff create a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and connect with each customer
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
• Suggestively upsell products, and merchandise
• Solicit order, upsell, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer

QUALIFICATIONS: Reqiured

Barista: Must have at least 1 year experience as a Barista

• Must be available to work weekends, openings and closings.

• Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques
• Dependability, must be punctual
• Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style
• Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $24.00 per hour
