Job Responsibilities:
- Dedicated to enhancing client well-being and quality of life through compassionate care and support.
- Skilled in personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), mobility assistance, and medication reminders.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, including meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Provides transportation as needed and supports daily living activities.
- Promotes client health and happiness through safety, hygiene, nutrition, medication adherence, and companionship.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to diverse environments and client behaviors.
- Proactively identifies and addresses unsafe conditions and calmly manages emergencies.
