Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, including commercial, hospitality, or healthcare facilities.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts while optimizing team productivity.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met consistently and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance.
- Lead by example in performing janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry handling, and waste disposal.

Skills
