What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loader Equipment Operator position at Panhandle Grading and Paving, Inc.?
Panhandle Grading and Paving, Inc. is family owned and operated for 40 years and specializes in Civil Construction. We are currently seeking applicants for Loader Equipment Operator to join our team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prior experience operating construction equipment.
- Operate Equipment in safe and professional manner.
- Possess a solid understanding of aspects of the paving industry including preparatory work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, aggregate size, job specifications, oil consistencies, compaction and other details related to asphalt paving.
- Follow direction of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
- Properly follow all company policies and procedures to ensure safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Supervisor.
- Refer repair and maintenance problems to the supervisor.
- Assume additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
