Responsibilities
Crafting & Service
- Prepare Starbucks beverages and other menu items with consistency and care
- Serve premium ice cream and assist with plating charcuterie boards
- Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with fellow baristas and shift leaders to keep things running smoothly
- Assist with inventory restocking, store upkeep, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Jump in where needed to support the team and ensure great service
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a barista or specialty coffee role
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light lifting
- Flexible availability — mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays required
- Friendly, reliable, and upbeat
