What You’ll Do
- Support evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities
- Build and refine detailed financial models and forecasts
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics of target companies
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
- Assist with due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong academic record (3.5 GPA preferred)
- Internship experience in accounting, finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Eager, detail-oriented, and ready to learn from hands-on experience
- Direct exposure to corporate strategy, M&A, and financial analysis
- Collaborative team environment that encourages growth
