CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (CM)
The inspector is responsible for:
- Reviewing workmanship quality

- Communicating change order needs to Project Manager for budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination
- Plan the sequence of activities for each week and ensure the crew commits to the scheduled delivery dates

- Purchasing all materials and equipment

The inspector is also responsible for:
- Managing company tools, vehicles, and equipment inventory
- Tracking usage and condition
- Identifying repair/replacement needs

The inspector will:
- Coordinate subcontractors and trade scheduling
- Assist the crew leader in maintaining project momentum
- Attend weekly meetings with Project Manager and the crew leader
- Monitor productivity and labor performance
- Ensure proper sequencing between trades

- Assisting with subcontractor selection
- Managing field employee conflicts and dispute resolution alongside crew leaders

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
