Job Summary
This is a commissioned 1099 home and commercial sales rep role where you make an uncapped 5% of all total sales. Open to new reps with no experience and can be as many hours as you choose. In this role, you will focus on people that need electrical, plumbing, and general home renovations such as remodeling, flooring and carpentry. You will also leverage your expertise in outside sales, business development, and to identify new opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with business clients. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be responsible for managing territory sales, generating leads, and closing deals that drive growth. This position offers the flexibility of independent work with the support of a dedicated team focused on achieving outstanding results.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business clients within assigned territories, utilizing skills in territory management and lead generation.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical sales and value propositions.
