Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami Beach, FL. As a Client Advisor, you will serve as the brand ambassador for Panerai, providing exceptional customer service and fostering meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities include assisting clients with product selection, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and supporting post-purchase services such as warranties or insurance claims. You will play a key role in creating a seamless and personalized luxury experience for every client.
