What You’ll Do:
- Lead from the Front: As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be hands-on with the team, ensuring smooth daily operations while jumping in and helping wherever needed (production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service).
- Manage Operations: Oversee the production line, maintain quality standards, and ensure the team is operating at peak performance.
- Support & Develop Your Team: Lead by example, provide structured training, mentorship, and feedback to help your younger crew members grow and succeed.
