Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Lead electrical projects: panel swaps, service upgrades, rewiring, and submetering
- Troubleshoot and repair residential systems quickly and accurately
- Ensure compliance with NEC code and all safety regulations
- Conduct inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and teammates
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8 years in residential electrical work (lead/senior role preferred)
- Knowledge: Strong NEC code understanding and hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Skills: Proficient with tools, meters, and safe installation practices
- Mindset: Driven, humble, great communicator, and team-first leader
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
