Panel Craft Auto Body LLC is looking for an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our growing team. We are seeking a highly skilled technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs. Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC systems, and electrical components.
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine service work.
- Accurately identify needed repairs and recommend solutions.
- Inspect vehicles and communicate findings clearly with management and customers.
- Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an automotive mechanic is required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working on both domestic and import vehicles.
- Knowledge of gas and diesel vehicles is a plus.
- Ability to perform repairs with minimal supervision.
- Experience using diagnostic scan tools and service information systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required for the right candidate.
