We are seeking a Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. This position would be a set in our Dawsonville office.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans according to state regulations.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and institutional policies.
Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
Qualifications:
Family Nurse Practitioner licensing required from an accredited FNP program, and national certification
Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
