Head Girls Basketball Coach – Pandora-Gilboa HS
Pandora-Gilboa High School is seeking a Head Girls Basketball Coach to lead and build a competitive K–12 program. We are looking for a coach who emphasizes player development, strong culture, and long-term program growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and align the K–12 program
-Develop players through fundamentals and basketball IQ
-Build a culture of accountability, toughness, and teamwork
-Oversee offseason development (open gyms, camps, strength training)
-Manage all aspects of the varsity program
-Collaborate with youth/junior high coaches and engage the community
Qualifications:
-Coaching experience preferred
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Commitment to student-athlete development
-Teaching license preferred (not required)
