We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy leader to own all things material control, warehousing, and logistics in a fast-paced, high-growth production environment. You’ll bring structure to complexity, lead with confidence under pressure, and build scalable systems that keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team across multiple shifts.
- Oversee warehouse operations — receiving, kitting, inventory, and material flow.
- Optimize processes using ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality to ensure materials are ready and traceable.
- Manage 3PL partners for inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
- Drive lean improvements, automation, and digital transformation across global sites.
- Build KPI dashboards to track accuracy, performance, and throughput.
What You Bring
- 10 years in material control, logistics, or warehousing in high-tech or aerospace manufacturing or a related sector.
- Strong ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent).
- Proven leadership in fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver with a get-it-done mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
