Position Summary:
The General Laborer will assist with various tasks in the manufacturing process, including material handling, equipment operation, assembly, and shop maintenance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with assembly and preparation of materials for production.
- Operate basic shop equipment and tools safely.
- Load and unload materials, products, and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday – Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
- Occasional overtime as needed.
