Role Description
The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring overall effectiveness and success. Responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining compliance with company standards and health regulations. The role involves hiring, training, and motivating team members, as well as managing budgets and operational goals to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA.
