Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Panda Restaurant Group locations in Cedar Rapids, Meson City, Cedar Fall, Ames and Muscatine Iowa. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for effective communication with customers and staff.
