The Administrator also supports reporting and communications for licensee performance, partner calls, and store visit assessments. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational consistency and supporting the License Operations team with project coordination, vendor setup, and partner communications.
Job Responsibilities
- Works closely with Domestic Licensing team, providing administrative and project support. Coordinates Licensing team and partner on-site meetings and calls, takes meeting minutes and distributes meeting recaps to ensure alignment across license operations.
- Maintains and administers key database and reporting systems for Licensing Teams.
- Responsible for operational communications and reporting by sending store visit reports to Zone Vice Presidents, monitoring the License domestic inbox, generating assessment failure reports, and sending Ops Alerts.
- Supports new and existing store operations by handling requests related to menu board set updates, store hours of operations, email distribution set up, Ebiz purchases, and food or swag donations. Coordinates vendor set-up for new store openings and ensures timely distribution of training materials.
- Provides support by calculating training reimbursements for PRG associates and gathering data for bonus payouts.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum three years of experience in a retail/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
