The Role
The Crew Leader is responsible for the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism of each job. You will direct a painting crew, oversee surface preparation and finish work, and serve as the primary on-site contact for our high end clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a crew on interior, exterior, and cabinet painting projects
- Ensure thorough prep and protection: masking, washing, repairs, sanding, and priming
- Deliver a consistent with sharp lines and even coverage
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and complete a full clean-up at the end of each job
- Communicate progress to homeowners and conduct final walkthroughs
- Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable to Panda's quality standards
Qualifications
- [3 ] years of professional painting experience, with leadership or training experience preferred
- Strong exterior painting skills; interior and cabinet finishing experience a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Professional, courteous communication with clients and team members
- Reliability, punctuality, and sound judgment on the job
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
Compensation and Benefits
- $28-35 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Company vehicle provided, with fuel reimbursed
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
