Reports to: Director of Operations
Location: Central Eastside, Portland, Oregon (on-site)
Schedule: Full-time. We run different shifts and need some flexibility. Occasional overtime as exception, not norm.
Compensation: $19-$21/hour starting, with a 90-day review
Status: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt

The role
We’re hiring a Production Team Member to work across production and packing on our floor. You’ll move between tasks based on what the team needs day to day, working closely with the rest of the production team to hit daily and weekly goals. This is a great fit for someone who shows up consistently, works with focus and pace, takes direction well, and likes being part of a tight team.
What you’ll do
- Work across production and packing, shifting roles based on what the team needs.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and company specifications carefully and consistently.
- Operate production and packing equipment safely and per training.
- Document shift details in production and cleaning log books. Follow FIFO and label work-in-progress accurately.
- Adhere to GMPs, food safety guidelines, and dress code.
- Keep your area clean and organized. Help with sanitation and end-of-shift cleanup.
- Raise issues when you see them. Help solve problems with the team.
What we’re looking for
- 1 years in food production or manufacturing, is a plus.
- Reliable. On time. Present. Sets the tone with attendance and attitude.
- Works at a steady pace with focus, even on repetitive tasks.
- Takes direction well and is open to feedback.
- Strong attention to detail. Able to follow recipes and procedures consistently.
- Strong communication. Flags issues and asks questions when something isn’t right.
- Open to change and continuous improvement as we grow.
- Physically able to stand for full shifts. Walk, push, pull, and lift 30-50 lbs regularly.
Bonus points for
- ServSafe, HACCP, or food safety training.
- Experience in snack, specialty, or natural foods manufacturing.
- Forklift certification.
- Experience with packaging equipment or production line operation.
