Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble fresh, high-quality Mexican food items according to Pancheros standards
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, efficient, and welcoming manner
- Operate the Bob the Tool press and other kitchen equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout each shift
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members during high-volume rushes
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
