What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill/Line Cook position at Pancake Mill?
This is a Day Shift Position. Hourly rate begins at $17.00 - $18.00 per hour plus tips, depending on experience. Benefits include Overtime, Call-in pay rate, Sick Pay, Vacation Pay, Partial Uniform, Meal Per Shift, 4, and Scheduled Breaks.
In time, the Kitchen Staff member can be trained in all phases of kitchen operation. Preparation, Grill Line, Bakery, Janitorial and outside yard work.
At the start, the staff member will begin a day shift position of Center Grill Line Cook. He or she will cook supporting an egg station line cook. Within a month the trainee will begin training as a Egg Station Line Cook. This is an organized training.
Applicant must have prior Line Cook experience.
