Responsibilities
This role will work closely with Sr. Finance/Accounting Manager (while interacting with other PPNDA Finance, Ops, and other functional leaders) on a variety of projects focused on financial reporting, accounting operations & transaction processing to start. There will be additional opportunities to support key business processes such as Month-end close, Business Planning, Budgeting and forecasting as well.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience through improving your communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. Across these responsibilities you will receive direct, hands-on exposure to senior PPNDA leaders while working in a positive and supportive culture that encourages our people to do their best work every day.

What You’ll Get To Do
Project Support
- Balance sheet account reconciliation, tracking and clean-up.
- Lead the creation and upkeep of the PPNDA Finance/Accounting Digital SOP library.
- Work closely to support project team activities as assigned by the project managers
- Assist with month-end closing responsibilities and any post close reporting
- Support the team during the Business Planning cycle and preparation of data
Education & Experience:
- Currenlty enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and be organized
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team on multiple tasks and assignments
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with a remote/in-office team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to interface with all internal departments and team members across the organizational hierarchy
