Project Scope:
- Digital transition of our SQDM boards
- Support the team with Microsoft Office skills to develop a Digital version of the current Gemba Boards
- Squawk Analysis Framework Harmonization/Digitalization
- There is a need to pareto the issues, identify trends, secure root causes, and work with supporting groups to address.
- Setting up a program which includes training, links to videos, use-cases, etc.
- ATP Improvements
- ATPs written by the STX Certification group often need to be redlined, and there is a need to run an improvement project looking at removing opportunities for the failures
- Loss Cost Harmonization
- Framework is needed at all sites identifying heavy hitters and developing preventative plans
- Experience as a quality engineer, Career lessons, Shop floor exposure
The hourly wage range for this position is $25- $43. The final offer amount may vary and is based on the candidates' year in school. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
- Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or computer Science
- Experience with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to decipher technical documents with experience reading engineering drawings. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Must be able to commute and work on-site 5 days a week
- Must be currently enrolled as a fulltime student at an accredited four-year college or university
