Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cabinet manufacturing, assembly, and finishing operations
- Coordinate production schedules, workloads, and employee assignments
- Supervise, train, and support cabinetmakers and production staff
- Monitor product quality, measurements, workmanship, and finishing standards
- Manage material inventory and coordinate the ordering of wood, hardware, and supplies
- Track production progress and ensure orders are completed on schedule
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Ensure woodworking machinery and production equipment are used safely
- Maintain production records, material usage reports, and quality documentation
- Coordinate with sales, design, installation, and management teams regarding project requirements
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, cabinetmaking, or production management experience preferred
