Freelance Photographer (Project-Based)

Location: Plymouth, MN (On-Location & Studio)

Panache Apparel is looking for a talented Freelance Photographer to join our creative team on

a project-by-project basis. We're seeking someone with a strong eye for fashion, lighting, and

storytelling who can seamlessly capture both polished product imagery and lifestyle content that

aligns with our brand.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced photographer who enjoys working in a fast-paced,

collaborative environment and can confidently adapt to different shooting conditions.

Responsibilities

• Photograph apparel and accessories for e-commerce, wholesale, and marketing

campaigns.

• Capture both studio product photography and on-location lifestyle photography.
• Set up and work confidently with studio lighting and photography equipment.
• Navigate changing outdoor lighting conditions to produce high-quality images.
• Make creative decisions on the fly to keep shoots running efficiently.
• Edit and retouch images to match Panache Apparel's established brand aesthetic.
• Deliver organized, high-quality images within agreed-upon timelines.
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative team to execute campaign concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience with both studio lighting and natural light photography.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product photography, lifestyle photography, or fashion

photography.

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or comparable editing software.
• Ability to work independently while taking creative direction.
• Comfortable problem-solving and making decisions during fast-paced shoots.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet quick turnaround deadlines.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience photographing apparel, fashion, or retail products.
• Experience working with fashion brands or e-commerce businesses.
• Knowledge of current photography and visual marketing trends.
