Business Development Representative (BDR) – Entry Level Sales
Location: Plymouth, WI or Waukesha, WI (On-Site, No Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour Commission
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Panacea Smart Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level sales opportunity with paid training, designed for individuals who want to build a career in business development, inside sales, or B2B sales.
No prior sales experience required — we provide a structured training program and proven outreach system.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow a structured sales development process and daily activity goals
- Participate in occasional local networking events
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable on the phone or willing to develop cold calling skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
