- Kronos / UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions) configuration
- Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance setup
- Kronos Clock terminals setup & troubleshooting
- Dell Boomi integrations
- Technical design, prototyping, POCs, development
- Code reviews, issue resolution, task ownership
Must-Have Skills (Technical & Functional)
- Kronos/UKG Pro WFM expertise (2–10 yrs)
- Configuration: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Activities, Attestation
- UKG Certification (preferred)
- Dell Boomi integration experience
- Troubleshooting Kronos components & integrations
- Strong documentation, testing, and validation
- Excellent communication skills
- Coordination with onshore/offshore teams
