Responsibilities: -

·     Strong understanding of medical terminologies, procedures, and ICD coding systems (ICD, CPT HCPCS, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC etc).

·     Familiar with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical documentation.

·     Experience with medical chart abstraction and data annotation.

·     Detail-oriented with an ability to follow structured extraction guidelines.

·     Independently review clinical documents.

·     Extract relevant procedures, diagnoses, and concepts.

·     Ensure accuracy and consistency in annotations.

·     Flag ambiguities or inconsistencies in the data

·     Detail-oriented with an ability to follow structured extraction guidelines.

·     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·     Familiarity with machine learning, NLP and AI concepts is a plus.Experience: 5 YearsLocation: Chicago, IL(Remote)Educational Qualifications: -
