Electrical Lead
Results-driven Electrical Lead with extensive experience in manufacturing environments, specializing in PLC programming, electrical systems maintenance, and team leadership. Proven ability to oversee team members, manage projects, and ensure equipment reliability and safety. Strong hands-on leader who balances leadership responsibilities with technical execution to drive production efficiency and minimize downtime.
· Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
· Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, drives, and control panels.
· Program, maintain, and optimize PLC systems to improve automation efficiency and reduce downtime.
· Coordinate daily work assignments, prioritize maintenance tasks, and support production schedules.
· Train and mentor team members on electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures.
· Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
