About the Role
We’re looking for a high-output, technically strong Plumbing Engineer who can operate at speed and precision in a production-driven environment. This is not a maintenance or support role—you will be a key contributor driving design on major builds, owning deliverables from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead plumbing system design from concept through construction documents
- Deliver high-volume, high-quality production work in a deadline-driven environment
- Develop and coordinate detailed Revit-based 3D models with multidisciplinary teams
- Perform system sizing, layout, and engineering calculations
- Select and specify plumbing equipment; collaborate directly with vendors and manufacturers
- Review and process submittals and technical documentation
- Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams
- Support field operations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Maintain professional communication with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial plumbing design experience
- Project types: high-rise, healthcare, stadiums, schools, data centers, large commercial facilities
- Proven ability to perform in a high-production environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes and NFPA standards
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- PE (Professional Engineer) or CPD certification – preferred, not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
