Please Look at the Linked Webpage to Learn More.What You’ll DoYou’ll be the go-to person for all things maintenance at the property, responsible for diagnosing and completing repair requests, preventive maintenance, and unit turnovers.Your day-to-day may include:Responding promptly to work orders and maintenance emergenciesTroubleshooting and repairing:Plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, fixture replacement)Electrical systems (outlets, switches, fixtures)HVAC systems and appliances (minor repair, replacement, PMs)Carpentry, drywall, and paint (patching, touch-ups, minor builds)Performing unit make-readies and renovationsConducting regular inspections and preventive maintenanceMaintaining cleanliness and safety of common areasManaging tools, materials, and work records (ADP, Corrigo)Participating in on-call/emergency rotation (if applicable)What We’re Looking ForThis role is ideal for a seasoned maintenance professional who takes pride in their work, solves problems independently, and understands how their role supports both resident satisfaction and operational excellence.Must-Have Skills & Experience:Strong general maintenance knowledge across tradesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfort with phone-based apps like Outlook and Corrigo (or willingness to learn)Strong communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail and accountability for resultsKnowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and personal safety proceduresAbility to read work orders, follow instructions, and troubleshoot effectivelyPreferred (but not required):HVAC CertificationExperience with Corrigo or other work order platformsFamiliarity with basic project planning or renovation workflowsMinimum Requirements2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in residential property managementMust be able to speak, write, and understand conversational EnglishPossession of your own tools and reliable personal vehicleValid CA Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle and auto insuranceHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbility to pass background check and drug screen (a conviction does not automatically disqualify you)Physical RequirementsLift and move up to 50 lbs independently (team lifts for heavier items)Frequent bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing/pullingRegular use of hands, eyes, and vision (close and distance)Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditionsPay & Benefits$25.00/hour - $33.00/hour (depending on tech level)Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA401(k) with 4% MatchPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays, Bereavement)Opportunities for growth and advancement within the companyWhy Join UsAt Pan American, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
