Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ethics Officer, based in Washington, DC. The Ethics Officer will ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulations, while promoting ethical behavior across various organizational levels. Responsibilities include advising on ethical practices, conducting investigations into potential misconduct, providing staff training on ethical issues, and reporting on compliance activities. The role involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders to foster a culture of accountability and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ethical principles, compliance practices, and professional standards
- Experience conducting investigations and preparing comprehensive reports
- Effective training, facilitation, and communication skills to promote ethical awareness

- Familiarity with international organizations, public health, and governance is a strong asset
- Master’s degree in Ethics, Law, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
