Pan American Bakery is looking for a dependable and motivated Bakery Distribution Associate to join our morning team. This position is responsible for delivering fresh bread and bakery products to our bakeries.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, is responsible, punctual, and takes pride in representing our bakery.
Responsibilities
- Load fresh bread and bakery products into the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver orders safely and accurately to wholesale customers.
- Verify orders before leaving the bakery and upon delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Communicate with customers professionally.
- Return delivery paperwork and report any issues to management.
- Assist with packaging, organizing, or preparing orders when deliveries are complete.
- Follow food safety and company procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to arrive at work by 6:00 AM sharp.
- Dependable, punctual, and organized.
- Friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Basic English preferred, Spanish required.
- Delivery experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule
- 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Monday-Saturday (36 hours/week)
Pay
- Starting at $20.00/hour
- Opportunities for wage increases based on performance and experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
